MY STORY

THE HEART BEHIND THE HEALING

I grew up in the beautiful surroundings of Nelson, B.C., surrounded by mountains, lakes, and a deep love for the outdoors. That connection to nature has shaped everything about how I practice.

Over the past two decades, I've studied and trained in massage, yoga (200 RYT), Craniosacral Therapy, energy healing, Reiki, holistic facials, and Horse-Guided Empowerment. My experience spans remote ski lodges, spa and wellness destinations, and running my own practice.

Every step has deepened my belief that true wellness comes from nurturing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. I'm driven by a commitment to continuous learning and a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all life.

My goal is simple — to help you feel better, move with more ease, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
